Cosguide Culinary is where food, travel, and art come together. It grew from a love of relaxed coastal cooking, beautiful tables, watercolor painting, and the places that continue to inspire us long after we return home.

Robin Williams Cosgrave is a traveler, cook, and watercolor artist who believes the best meals begin with fresh ingredients, a welcoming table, and the joy of gathering.

A lifelong enthusiast of farmers' markets, coastal kitchens, and simple seasonal cooking, Robin created Salt, Sun & Supper as a collection of her favorite recipes inspired by the places she and her husband, Paul, have explored together.

Having visited more than 100 countries, Robin and Paul prefer slow travel, spending weeks—and sometimes months—in a destination so they can immerse themselves in the people, customs, local markets, and regional cuisine. Rather than simply seeing a place, they enjoy understanding how everyday life is lived.

One of Robin's favorite ways to begin exploring a new destination is by taking a local cooking class. It offers an introduction not only to the ingredients, spices, and techniques of a region, but also the opportunity to share time in a local home and connect with the people behind the food.

Whether discovering a family recipe in Croatia, sketching a market in France, or setting a simple table at home in Florida, Robin believes the best memories are made when good food brings people together.

Before turning her focus to writing and creative pursuits, Robin spent many years in wealth management, serving as a Managing Director with U.S. Trust. Today she divides her time between cooking, watercolor painting, and sharing travel stories and itineraries at Cosguide4Travel.com.
